Boys & Girls - Ages 7-11

  • Classes are done in one hour sessions once a week for 5 months for a total of 20 sessions.

Men - Ages 12 & Over

  • Classes are done in one hour sessions once a week for 5 months for a total of 20 sessions.

Women - Ages 12 & Over
